POLICY FOR SALON & SPA PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION EVENTS AND CLASSES/COURSES
INSTRUCTOR SEMINARS AND OTHER ADVANCED CLASS CANCELLATIONS 1. Minimum $25 administrative fee for any cancellation. 2. No refund after the early-bird registration deadline. 3. Administrative staff determines if a refund is warranted. 4. No Shows will forfeit the full fee amount
CORE: HEALTH, SAFETY, INFECTION CONTROL, LAWS & RULES FOR RELICENSURE CLASS AND PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE CLASSES 1. Minimum $25 administrative fee for any cancellation up to 14 days before the class. 2. No refund less than 14 days before the class. 3. We will be happy to move you to another class location and/or date one time without a fee (transfers from in-person classes to online self-paced classes or vice versa are not possible). 4. INSTRUCTOR LICENSURE COURSES 1. 50 percent of the course fee will be forfeited by the enrolee for any cancellation. 2. No refund after the 1st day of class. 3. Administrative staff determines if the refund is warranted. 4. No Shows will forfeit the full fee amount

CANCELLATION BY SSPA A decision to cancel and/or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances and/or the weather will be posted on the SSPA telephone answering system and, the SSPA website. An email will be sent to those who are registered explaining the cancellation or postponement. If the class or event is scheduled, you will be moved to the new date.
SSPA reserves the right to cancel classes/events that do not have sufficient enrollment or due to inclement weather.
REISSUE OF PROOF OF ATTENDANCE A copy of your proof of attendance can be ordered by calling our office at 952.925.9731. There is a $25 fee to issue a verified copy of your original attendance record for in-person classes.
